Dry Docking & Project Management

Full-cycle dry-docking services for a wide range of vessels, supported by seven docks across Estonia, Lithuania, and Finland. Projects are supported by in-house engineering and experienced project managers who ensure smooth execution, cost control, and compliance with class and client requirements — from routine class renewals to technically demanding repairs.

Retrofits, Conversions & Lifecycle Extension

The group specialises in complex vessel modernisations, retrofits and conversions, ranging from power upgrades to full functional re-purposing. Life extension programmes include structural renewal, systems modernisation, and operational improvements. These upgrades enable shipowners to maximise asset value, extend service life, and adapt vessels for new roles or evolving regulatory requirements.

Sustainability & Energy Efficiency

Shipowners are supported in meeting IMO environmental standards through advanced technologies. Interior services include accommodation upgrades, HVAC renewal, sanitary refurbishments, insulation works, and interior finishing.
