Glamox FL70 – Next generation of floodlights!

What makes a good marine floodlight? High light output is of course very important, and a durable design that require minimum maintenance. With a lumen value of up to 54 000, and system lifetime of 100000 hours, FL70 is one of the best options on the market.

7 different beam angles
We also know that different applications on a vessel require different beam angles, from general lighting on deck that require a wide angle to focused lighting of critical areas. As a consequence, FL70 is available with 7 different beam angles (18°, 27°, 39°, 60°, 80°, 100°, 120°).

Easy and time saving installation
When it comes to installation, time is money. To make the installation quick and easy FL70 can be connected in groups of three, with one luminaire providing power to the two others, in other words – only one of three luminaires needs to have a junction box. Many will also consider the relatively light weight (8 kg) an advantage when it comes to installation.

Robust and reliable
Floodlights can be critical for a safe working environment hence they need to be robust and reliable in all types of weather conditions. FL70 is designed to operate in ambient temperatures between -35° and 45° Celsius and the housing in seawater resistant aluminium gives it an IP rating of 66/67.
