Mainstay Marine Solutions, a leading vessel builder and specialist marine engineering firm, is announce a change of ownership and the appointment of a dynamic new leadership team. This transition marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the company, as it positions itself for continued growth and innovation in the marine industry.

James Donald, Mainstay Marine Solutions’ new Managing Director, commented, “The company’s diverse business portfolio, culture, and professionalism were evident from the outset. The new leadership team will work closely with the previous Directors, who will remain within the business to share their extensive knowledge and help strengthen the company’s position as a leader in the marine engineering sector.
