Strategic partnership targets growth opportunities in vessel finance, offshore support and marine operations

Blue Water Marine Capital, a leading provider of maritime financing to the workboat industry, and Horizon Offshore Services, based in Houston, have announced the successful completion of a 25% cross-purchase stock transaction between the two companies.

This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone for both organizations, strengthening their capabilities and positioning them for continued growth within the maritime and offshore services sectors.

Kevin Butler, President/ CEO of Blue Water Marine Capital, and Nikolas Nikolo CEO of Horizon Offshore Services, expressed their enthusiasm regarding the transaction.
