Med Marine Delivers Buoy Vessel to Port Qasim Authority

Med Marine, a leading provider of state-of-the-art tugboats and marine solutions, announce the successful delivery of the 45-meter-long Seatech-designed buoy vessel to Port Qasim Authority (PQA). The vessel, christened B.T. Mazdoor, will play a critical role in managing navigational buoys and conducting essential conservancy operations along the 45-kilometer PQA Harbour and Channel.

Port Qasim Authority selected Med Marine for its track record of delivering reliable and high-performance vessels. The new buoy vessel, based on the proven design from Singaporean naval architects SeaTech Solutions, is renowned for its durability and performance under challenging conditions. Built to excel in the harsh environment of the Arabian Sea, B.T. Mazdoor is equipped to operate safely and efficiently, regardless of weather or wind conditions.

With a cruising speed of 12 knots, B.T. Mazdoor is designed for long-term service and heavy-duty tasks, providing critical support for PQA’s maritime operations. This versatile vessel is a significant addition to PQA’s fleet, enhancing the authority’s ability to ensure the safe navigation of one of Pakistan’s busiest ports.
