New Aquaculture Catamaran For Nærøysund Aquaservice

Marin Design AS announce Nærøysund Aquaservice, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the aquaculture industry, have placed an order for a MD2413TDH design aquaculture catamaran

The MD2413TDH design embodies cutting-edge technology and innovation. The cutting-edge catamaran currently under construction by Moen Marin AS, tailored to meet the demanding requirements of modern aquaculture operations.

Key features of this state-of-the-art vessel include:

  • Main dimensions: 24m x 13m
  • Cabin capacity: Accommodation for 8 personnel
  • Hybrid propulsion system: Equipped with a high-capacity battery system of approximately 1 MWh for enhanced energy efficiency and sustainability

To ensure robust performance and operational versatility, the MD2413TDH aquaculture catamaran is outfitted with a powerful deck equipment package supplied by MBHydraulikk and advanced cranes provided by HS.MARINE, in collaboration with North Sea Maritime AS.
