OEG Renewables Signs Bareboat Charter Agreement With Diverse Marine

OEG Energy Group, a leading energy solutions business, announce that its renewables division, OEG Renewables, has entered into an agreement with Diverse Marine to bareboat charter a new build Chartwell Ambitious Class crew transfer vessel.

The vessel will be on bareboat charter with OEG Renewables for a five-year period, joining the existing UK fleet in September 2025 to support construction and O&M activities for new and existing customers.

The Chartwell Ambitious Class vessel has an advanced hull form allowing crew transfer limits of >1.75m and efficient fuel economy. Benefiting from a large clear saloon, the vessel can accommodate 24 passengers with a large forward working deck space of 70m2.

Through our fleet of owned and chartered vessels, the company is well positioned to continue supporting the ever-evolving project needs of our customers and the global energy transition.”
