Seavium, the French SaaS platform revolutionizing offshore vessel chartering, has officially taken over the digital activities of VesselHomePort (VHP), marking a strategic leap in its mission to dominate the global offshore chartering market.
This marks a strategic step in the consolidation of Seavium’s ecosystem, combining VHP’s vessel intelligence with Seavium’s AI-powered engine and global chartering network.
Seavium will begin adding dozens of vessels per day from the VHP archive, ensuring seamless integration and system performance. These additions will include all vessel types, across all global offshore zones — from tugs to subsea support, AHTS to supply vessels.
In the coming weeks, Seavium’s algorithms and human teams will progressively enrich the raw VesselHomePort dataset, adding specs, photos, tracking, and ownership details.
“We’re not just importing data — we’re building the most agile and transparent offshore fleet database ever deployed online,” says Adrien Barrau, CEO of Seavium.
Now fully equipped with Seavium’s infrastructure and future-ready tools, the Seavium and VHP teams are aligned to scale the next phase of their shared vision: making fleet visibility, charterer outreach and broker access truly digital, fast, and global.
VHP’s operational knowledge is being integrated into Seavium’s workflows, strengthening the platform’s market reactivity and support capabilities.
