Semco Maritime Invests in STORMBORN’s X-WAVE USV

Semco Maritime, a leading international engineering and contracting company in the energy sector, has announced a strategic investment in STORMBORN, a pioneering start-up specialising in uncrewed surface vessel (USV) technology. This partnership, which includes participation from venture capital firm Final Frontier, aims to accelerate the development and commercialization of STORMBORN’s X-WAVE USV, demonstrate the true potential of uncrewed technology when incorporated in a platform design for continuous operation in all sea state conditions.

Together with the new investors and strong industry partners, STORMBORN focuses on delivering innovative solutions for the maritime industry, designed for scale production and rapid deployment to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
