Veth Propulsion BV have announced the sale of its diesel division to Teus Vlot Diesel Marine. The transaction marks a strategic next step following the partnership established earlier this year, in which both companies began collaborating on diesel engine service and commissioning.
The diesel division, specializing in the sale of diesel engines, generator sets, and related service work, will be fully transferred to Teus Vlot Diesel Marine as of January 1, 2026. All diesel activities, including employees and associated assets, will become part of Teus Vlot Diesel Marine.
Both organisations view this step as a natural extension of the successful collaboration that began earlier this year. With this transaction, both companies are strengthening their strategic focus, resulting in a more robust joint solution. Veth Propulsion focuses on the sales, product development, and service of thrusters and control systems. Teus Vlot Diesel Marine is thus increasing its share of the marine engine market. By working more closely together, this combination can offer its customers a better total solution.
