ACR Electronics, a global leader in safety and survival technologies, has unveiled enhanced versions of its popular RCL-100 and RCL-50 LED Searchlights. The upgraded models bring a new level of control, convenience, and piercing high intensity LED performance to operators of workboats and light commercial vessels.
The modernised control options, comprising the URP-103 Point Pad, URH-103 Handheld Wireless Remote Control and URC-104 Master Controller, seamlessly integrate with the searchlights to provide optimal solutions for either refits or new installations.
Key benefits now available with ACR’s 9-LED array / 220,000 candela power RCL-100 LED and 6-LED / 100,000 candela RCL-50 LED lights include a return-to-home feature which automatically returns the searchlight to a forward-facing orientation once the light is turned off. In addition, with the ability to control one or two searchlights independently or simultaneously, boaters can use one controller to easily toggle between lights or sync both lights for coordinated illumination.
With the first-of-its-kind wireless ACR Handheld Remote Control, boaters have new convenience, with the option of focusing the searchlight beam on a target while walking around the boat.
Mikele D’Arcangelo, Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Management, ACR Electronics, said: “Our existing RCL-100 and RCL-50 LED Searchlights are proven as a trusted, durable and cost-effective choice for boating, sport fishing and commercial use, meticulously designed to last in the harsh marine environment. With the addition of our next generation ‘brains’ and controllers, the ACR searchlights with integrated control accessories combine flawless functionality, unmatched convenience and sleek aesthetics to offer boaters searchlight solutions which deliver on both style and function.”
The ACR next generation searchlight control accessories are designed to be backwards compatible for seamless integration.
