Cox Marine returns to METSTRADE following another outstanding year of developments and market growth

Cox Marine will return to exhibit at the world’s largest marine equipment show, METSTRADE 2021, where the company will be exhibiting the CXO300 diesel outboard engine, which is now in full production and is being distributed globally for use on a wide range of marine applications.

Located in the SuperYacht Pavilion, the business expects to have a busy show with keen interest from visitors wanting to learn about the latest developments about the CXO300 and the future plans for the company’s diesel outboard range.

Having installed the CXO300 to a variety of superyacht tenders across the globe this year, the outboard has seen significant growth in this market due to its impressive performance data, including 479 lb.ft torque at low RPM and using up to 30% less fuel. However, the biggest selling point for the superyacht market is the ability to carry single-use fuel on board to operate the diesel outboards, significantly reducing the risk of hazards on board the mothership. In addition, the CXO300 has also been designed to be a clean-burning engine and has earned EPA Tier 3, RDC II, IMO II and BSO-II certifications of approval allowing it to safely operate in our oceans across the globe.

“METSTRADE is one of the largest marine exhibitions and is always an exciting event to be involved with and we’re looking forward to meeting up with boat builders and end-users once again to demonstrate the many benefits of the CXO300. We’re expecting a very busy three days and we are very much looking forward to seeing some of our industry colleagues and customers,” says Hugh Hudleston, Head of Sales at Cox Powertrain.

If you’re planning a visit to this year‘s METSTRADE show, Cox Marine can be found in the SuperYacht Pavilion on stand 07.101.
