Internal succession plan reinforces continuity and commercial focus
Teignbridge Propellers International has announced that Group Managing Director Mark Phare will retire at the end of May, concluding a successful tenure with the company.
Mark has played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the Teignbridge group, contributing significantly to its standing as a leading provider of engineered marine propulsion solutions.
David Hunt, Chairman, commented: “Mark has made an outstanding contribution to Teignbridge over his tenure, and we are extremely grateful for his leadership and commitment. On behalf of the Board and the wider team, I would like to thank him and wish him a long and happy retirement.”
Following his retirement, James Batten, Engineering Director and Ian Mills, Finance Director will be appointed as Joint Group Managing Directors. Both bring extensive experience within the business and have been closely involved in the company’s operational and strategic development.
David Hunt added: “James and Ian bring deep knowledge of the business, our customers and our markets. Their appointment ensures continuity and positions the company well for its next phase of growth.”
As part of the transition, David Hunt will continue as Chairman and will also take on responsibility for Sales and Marketing, reinforcing the company’s commercial focus.
