TrakkaCam Systems imaging technology is being integrated onto Kewatec-built vessels for Poland’s national maritime SAR service
Trakka Systems has secured a purchase order from Poland’s Maritime Search and Rescue Service (Morska Służba Poszukiwania i Ratownictwa) for TrakkaCam TC-300M-E gyro-stabilised imaging systems, with the first two units already delivered for deployment aboard vessels operating in the Baltic Sea.
The electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) systems are being integrated onto vessels built by Finnish aluminium vessel specialist Kewatec Shipyards. The TrakkaCam TC-300M-E systems will provide enhanced situational awareness for crews conducting critical missions, including search and rescue, vessel identification, maritime surveillance, and the detection and recovery of persons in distress. The system’s advanced stabilization and multi-spectral imaging capabilities provide clear, stable imagery during challenging operating conditions, including nighttime and reduced visibility.
The continued partnership brings together Kewatec’s specialized maritime platforms and Trakka’s advanced imaging technology to provide end users with integrated solutions designed for demanding maritime missions.
